A Theme that is Me
Date: 26-July-2013
I born as a Mixed American, Born into a Middle class family, Born into what maybe known as the “American Dream”, With both parents and two sisters, I have a lot to fight through. In my time, In my society, Justice, peace, hope, love, None of those things seems achievable, Except maybe in storybooks. When I look at the news or go on the internet, I see people dying, A new high profile court case, A new threat to national security, A new celebrity that is an embarrassment to all. But I am only a product of that, I am one out of many that today’s “America” has produced. Imagine younger generations, Those with the new technologies. Some ...
Letter to Mama: Birmingham Bombings

Dear mom, The advice you have always given me was to focus on my academics first, now I know why. Every time you told me, It went in one ear and out the other thought. But now I know what you said was essential becasue without a good education it will be hard to make it in life. Now I am more determined to make my grades a whole lot better than my previous years in school.

Date: 24-July-2013
Walking down the hallway looking for sports to join, Narrowed down to tennis or soccer. Could not decide so I flipped a coin But the coin accidentally hit the lockers . So I flipped the coin once again, Waiting for it to land. But I accidentally hit the wall against my head And the coin once again missed my hand. Frustrated so I decided to let a friend do it So I walked over to my best friend Dennis, He flips the coin up and it lands in his hand smoothly just like fluid It lands on heads so I guess I’m playing tennis.
Me and My Family
Date: 18-May-2013
I'm glad to be me because I have a great family. My family is really fun. They are at different places at different times. Sometimes they can be in the same place at the same time. We go on roller coasters at Six Flags. We go swimming at the pool. Digging each other in sand and washing back and forth on the shore, in the waves at the beach. And most of all, we enjoyed our first trip to LEGOLAND: the only place where everything's made out of LEGOS. I like my family. ...
